At a very young age, I found my true passion for race cars while shadowing my Father's footsteps. I had a life unlike most kids. When I wasn't at school, I was next to my Dad at his shop called Memory Lane. My Dad was constantly helping out local race car drivers with parts coming from his auto dismantling business. Every Saturday since I could remember, I would go with my Dad to his shop and help him with whatever I could. Whether it was mopping the floors, assorting metals to get sent to the scrap yard, or pulling parts off of cars. Unlike most fathers, my Dad always had me by his side while he was at work. I never realized it back then, but now I realize what my father was doing has helped shape me to have better communication skills, strong work ethic, passion, and to overall be a strong businessman. After the days work my Dad would take me to Irwindale Speedway to watch the races. As a young kid I knew I wanted to race cars when I grew up.

Unable to afford the extreme cost of racing, my only option as a kid was to play normal team sports like Baseball and Football. Nonetheless-I hated it, being in the dugout all that was on my mind was finding a way to race.

Fast forward to now, I never thought that I would be racing cars for the past six years.

About AMR

On January 22nd, 2018 a new dream of mine became a reality. I gathered enough sponsorship money to buy my own late model and start up a team. Over the past several years I have seen that car win races and championships with people like Ryan Partridge, Riley Herbst, and Ryan Vargas. I started off the season strong, qualifying on the pole and never below 4th place. The first two races I finished 2nd, I knew I was going to get a win very soon. Unfortunately, the following weekend I had a bad race and got involved in a wreck. I ran out of money fixing my car and wanted to come up with a way to keep my sponsors exposed. I hated the fact that I could not race anymore, but when one door closes, another door opens. I got the idea to try and rent my car out for a race. One Facebook post and a phone call later I rented my car out for the remainder of the season. Instantly , I realized that I really had a passion for being a team owner, not just a driver. Being 19 years old and trying to go to school full time, work part time, and balance all of the time needed to keep myself competitive as a driver was nearly impossible. I saw that being a race car driver was not in my future, and I wanted to give someone else a chance to win as it seemed impossible for me to do so.

The first season renting my car I have made many new memories and have seen racing from a completely different perspective. The competition is still in me, and I want my drivers to run up front just as much as I did myself.

My mission with AMR is to provide a proven, race winning car and crew to other drivers while doing it at a low price through my ability to bring aboard sponsors to the team.
